Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Ordering
Orders may be placed on the website, by post or over the phone/fax. Minimum order is 5 items (1st order)
Further orders are not subject to a minimum order.
All tiaras come in a clear plastic presentation box, with tissue, and all jewellery sets come in a presentation case. Unless stated everthing else comes in a clear plastic presentation box.
All in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days, if paying by cheque, orders will be posted out when cheques have cleared.
If products are out of stock, the customer will be advised immediately. In such cases please allow 30 days for delivery from date of order.
Prices
The price shall be the price stipulated at the time of sale and may vary from time to time depending on available materials and trading conditions.
Prices may vary from those shown when discounts and special offers are given by Tiarastore. Details in full will be clearly shown on all occasions when this applies.
Payment
Orders are only accepted with payment in full.
Orders may be placed either by credit/debit card or by cheque/postal order made payable to Tiarastore, or by bank transfer (please contact us for further details on this option)
Delivery
Orders are subject to the delivery charges shown at the time of order, or prices quoted on request.
Postage is currently £5.00 per order in mainland UK, free with orders over £400.00.
Europe- £20.00
North America - £40.00
Rest of World - £45.00
Colours
Colour control of all products is the manufacturers responsibility and although Tiarastore will make every attempt to ensure continuity, dye colours may vary
slightly from the colours shown
Errors
Any errors in the ordering process must be reported to Tiarastore as soon as possible so that they may be rectified.
Returns
Please notify us within 24 hours if your order is damaged or incorrect. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition they were sent out, and sent with either proof of postage or by recorded delivery.
